MAGNET Event

Tax Credits Group President Michael Krajcer speaks to members of MAGNET about new opportunities to claim the R&D Tax Credit.

This week, Tax Credits Group (TCG) President Michael Krajcer and Managing Director Bethany Jones-Worner spoke to members of the Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network (MAGNET) about new opportunities for startup companies to claim the Federal Research & Development Tax Credit.

The early morning Q&A session, which took place at MAGNET’s E. 25th street location, addressed new payroll tax offset provisions stemming from the signage of the Dec. 18, 2015 PATH Act. This legislation provides new opportunity for innovative startup companies to claim and utilize the R&D credit during their formative years.
